Who we are

This site is owned and operated by BlackSOC, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("BlackSOC", "we"). The data controller responsible for this site can be reached at privacy@black-soc.com or 444 Brickell Ave, Suite 700, Miami, FL 33131, United States.

02

What we collect

We process only the data needed to respond to your inquiry and operate the service:

  • Contact details you submit via forms (name, work email, company).
  • Technical data (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
  • Service telemetry for customers under an active SOC contract, governed separately by the Data Processing Agreement.
03

How we use it

We use your data to respond to inquiries, secure the site against abuse, and deliver contracted SOC services. We do not use it for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

04

Processors & transfers

Form submissions are handled by our CRM and email providers under data-processing agreements. The underlying SOC platform is Cynet 360 AutoXDR. We do not sell personal data.

05

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of any sale or sharing, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Email privacy@black-soc.com; we respond within the statutory deadline (30 days GDPR, 45 days CCPA).

06

Retention

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless a contract requires longer. Security logs are retained per our information-security policy.
